Некоторые товары выбивают 404 при включенных ЧПУ

Добрый день.

Пожалуйста, помогите решить проблему.

В какой-то момент при включенных ЧПУ  перестали открываться несколько товаров, выдается серверная ошибка "404 Not Found nginx/1.6.2"

Например вот этот товар, без ЧПУ открывается:

http://tutisshop.ru/index.php?route=product/product&manufacturer_id=71&product_id=920

С включенными ЧПУ его url меняется на
http://tutisshop.ru/detskaya-komnata/detskie-krovatki/krovatka-vdk-magico-mini-2.html

и появляется 404.

 

Лог nginx пишет следующее:

При этом остальные несколько сотен товаров открываются как с включенными ЧПУ так и без них, в том числе другие товары искомого производителя.

1. ЧПУ дублируется.

2. В ЧПУ не нужно вписывать расширение .html, расширение должно быть указано в окончании ЧПУ.
