Откройте скрипт в нотепад++ и там в низу активируйте категории ну и производителей. Либо возьмите translit.js из сборки окшоп. Для существующих товаров автоматом не генерирует но если вырезать название переклацнуть вкладки и вставить обратно урл сгенерируется
